ABOUT

Gunilla Törnfeldt is a Swedish jazz vocalist, composer, arranger and teacher, born in 1980. She performs with her own band and other different musical constellations as the renowned vocal group Stockholm Voices, which she founded in 2012.

As a teacher she has more than fifteen years of experience in helping both beginners as well as professional vocalists with developing their vocal and musical skills.

She is also very engaged in working with gender equality - in the musical community in general but also in music education, especially in her work as an ensemble teacher. 

Gunilla holds a permanent position as Associate Professor in Jazz and Pop Voice at the School of Music at Örebro University and she is also frequently invited as a guest lecturer at other music schools, courses and programs.
